Milan Sovilj graduated from the Philosophical Faculty in Belgrade. He obtained the Ph.D. degree in 2015 from Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts. Since 2009 he has been professionally active in the Czech Republic. His main research focus is connected with Czechoslovak-Yugoslav relations immediately before World War II, during the war and after 1945. More generally, he is interested in the history of Yugoslavia, too. He has published two monographs: In the Search for Unreachable: Yugoslav-Czechoslovak Cultural Relations 1945\u20131949<\/em>. Belgrade 2012 [in Serbian], and his dissertation thesis: Czechoslovak-Yugoslav Relations in 1939\u20131941: Since the Dissolution of Czechoslovakia until the Occupation of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.<\/em> Prague 2016 [in Czech].<\/p>\n\n\n\n
